Having graduated from the University of Maryland Baltimore County with a degree in Classical Languages and Covenant Theological Seminary with the MDiv. Degree, Tom Lutz began his career as Organizing Pastor of a Reformed Presbyterian Church in the inner city of Baltimore in 1979. Over an 8-year period he saw the church grow and prosper. This church soon spawned a second church also in Baltimore's inner city.
During this period Tom was a key member of the management team that started a company, which supplied information services to the construction industry. Over the next 20 years this company grew to have revenue of $170 million with 1600 employees scattered throughout 18 countries.
During this entrepreneurial period of growth Tom developed 11 new businesses and 7 complete products under the banner of CMD Group.
In May of 2000 CMD Group was sold to a division of Reed-Elsevier for $300 Million. Soon thereafter Tom moved on to start Vision Market Development, LLC. Vision Market Development has been involved in all phases of market development for its clients including but not limited to; strategic investment, fund raising, strategic planning, sales and marketing leadership, executive recruitment.
As a result of his unique background Tom is able to guide client companies in the development of strategic plans and implementation services designed to ensure the realization of their visions.
Tom lives in Norcross, GA with Sherry, his wife of 26 years, and four of their seven children.
Graham Lutz was born in Baltimore and moved to Norcross, Georgia in the early nineties where he finished his schooling at Georgia State in 2004.
After getting married early, Graham began his Sales career selling television sets at a local retailer and from there he moved on to a sales position at KnowledgeStorm, Inc., which was subsequently acquired by Tech Target, Inc. After leaving KnowledgeStorm, Graham went on to form Vision Market Development, LLC.
